These Terms & Conditions form the complete legal basis for using the Bijali Bijali platform. By creating an account, using any of our services, or accessing our website, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

2Membership & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use Bijali Bijali's services, the following conditions must be met:

3Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your Bijali Bijali account is your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. You may not allow another person to use your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Bijali Bijali's support team immediately.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out when your session is over.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

You are personally responsible for all activity carried out on your account. Bijali Bijali is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use by a third party, unless it can be proven that the breach was caused by a flaw in our security systems.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits at Bijali Bijali can be made via bikash, Nagad, and Rocket. Important information regarding deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
• Deposits are completely free — no processing fees apply.
• Successful deposits are usually credited to your account balance within 2–5 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned.
• A maximum deposit limit may apply within a given period, depending on your account's verification level.

5Withdrawal & Payout Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from Bijali Bijali is simple and fast. However, the following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are typically sent within 15 minutes on average, and no later than 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to the mobile banking number used for your deposit. To withdraw to a different number, you must update your account details first.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be delayed if your account's KYC verification is not yet complete.
• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements.

Bijali Bijali reserves the right to review withdrawal requests at its discretion. Payments may be placed on hold until an investigation is complete if suspicious activity is detected.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on Bijali Bijali:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so always review the odds and terms carefully before placing your bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error on any match or event, Bijali Bijali reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned after kick-off, settlement will follow the applicable rules (see the football section for details).
• Identical bets placed from multiple accounts on the same match may be investigated on suspicion of match fixing.
• Minimum bet amounts may vary by sport and market.

7Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bijali Bijali regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. The following terms apply to qualifying for and using these benefits:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, one time. Activated with the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after wagering a specified amount.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• One Offer, One Time: Each promotion is applicable once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Abuse Prohibited: If bonus abuse (bonus hunting) is detected, your account may be suspended and the bonus forfeited.

8Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bijali Bijali. Engaging in any of them risks account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts as part of a group strategy.
• Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity directed against Bijali Bijali or other members.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or helping them manage their accounts.

9Responsible Gaming Commitment
